Founded by former chef (Brendon) and his wife (Sarah), our mission is to elevate knife sharpening through precision, innovation, and dedication to excellence.

 

​We take knife sharpening seriously while truly enjoying every part of the process—especially serving our local community. The highlight for us is meeting our customers and restoring their knives to like-new condition through our state-of-the-art sharpening service.

Our process utilizes advanced, data-driven methods and custom-engineered equipment to craft edges of unmatched sharpness and consistency. Unlike traditional freehand sharpening, we eliminate variability by using a guided system and a laser goniometer to objectively verify knife edge angles.  We also employ stones made of the hardest materials—diamond and cubic boron nitride—for edges that last longer and perform better.
