We sharpen all varieties of kitchen knives including chef knives, utility, paring, cleavers, steak knives, serrated knives, etc.  We also sharpen all types of pocket knives (EDC).

Yes, we have a unique setup for sharpening serrated knives that allows us to sharpen scallops from 1/8" to 1/2" and completely restore them.  This is a one of a kind service.

We have a 24 hour turnaround time.

Generally, for home use, after using our sharpening service, we recommend quarterly sharpening for a high level of performance.  

Yes, we do repair and restore knives that are damaged to a certain extent.   We remove rust, we grind out chips, remove pitting, repair bent knives as allowed, etc.   We do what we can.  

Yes, we do.  Our customers love their Cutco knives, and we love them too.  They do offer their own sharpening service specifically for their branded knives.   However, our service can sharpen Cutco's 440 series steel to a level they cannot afford to replicate.

Yes. We have the Oregon blade sharpening and balancing system.  It is absolutely necessary that the blades are balanced so as to not destroy your motor.
